About

As an Aging Life Care Manager, Kira Reginato has supported hundreds of older adults and their families in a wide range of settings—including hospitals, residential care and skilled nursing facilities, hospices, Alzheimer’s day programs, and Meals on Wheels. Drawing on decades of experience, she brings a thorough understanding of this field to her eldercare management firm, Living Ideas for Elders, which she founded in 2007.

Kira’s commitment to helping families extends beyond one-on-one care. She volunteers with nonprofits and contributes to various community groups in northern California. Her dedication earned her the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce Recognition Award for Excellence in Service to Seniors.

Her desire to educate, along with her warmth and entrepreneurial spirit led her to create and host two weekly radio shows on aging—The Eldercare Show and Call Kira About Aging!  In addition, Kira is a public speaker and the author of Tips for Helping Your Aging Parents… Without Losing Your Mind.
